อยากสร้างบ้านราคาประหยัดครับ มีงบอยู่ประมาณ 1 ล้าน เป็นบ้านชั้นเดี่ยว 3 ห้องนอน คิดว่าจะจัดการดูแลด้วยตัวเองครับ จ้างบริษัทรับเหมาคงจะแพง ช่วยแนะนำวิธีที่ช่วยประหยัดตอนสร้างบ้านด้วยครับ

การคุมงบในการปลูกสร้างได้ขึ้นอยู่กับราคาค่าวัสดุเป็นหลักค่ะ การสั่งของมาใช้ในการปลูกสร้างต้องให้พอดีไม่ขาดหรือไม่เกิน หรือต้องมีการวางแผนในการสั่งซื้อให้ดี เพราะบางทีอาจมีเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งเข้ามาทำให้เราต้องรับภาระเพิ่ม ปัจจัยที่สำคัญอีกเรื่องคือการว่าจ้างผู้รับเหมาก็ต้องพิจารณาผู้รับเหมาที่มีประสบการณ์โดยตรง เข้าใจแบบบ้าน เพราะจะเป็นการประหยัดเวลาในการปลูกสร้างบ้านด้วยค่ะ | |
